RONNIE O’SULLIVAN will automatically compete in the second round of the World Seniors Snooker Championship.

The esteemed snooker competition’s draw saw O’Sullivan, 50, get a free pass after the first round.

Rocket wasn’t the only one who was placed immediately in the snooker tournament’s Last 16.

The British superstar was joined by Alfie Burden, Robert Milkins, Stuart Bingham, Mark Williams, Ali Carter, Matthew Stevens and Joe Perry.

O’Sullivan will face the winner of the match between Ken Doherty and Gerard Greene.

Igor Figuereido and Mohamed Elkhayat will battle for a place against Burden.

Jimmy White is waiting to find out who will win the Golden Ticket, which will determine his opponent.

The victor of that game will go on to challenge Milkins in the second round.

Peter Lines and Anthony Hamilton will fight out for a match against Bingham.

Williams will face the winner of the clash between Craig Steadman and Neal Jones.
