ALEXA BLISS paid a stunning tribute to the late Bray Wyatt during her WrestleMania 42 entrance.
The 34-year-old arrived in gear that was a tribute to Wyatt and his upside down firefly was plastered over the LED boards behind her.
Of course, Bliss and Wyatt were close during their time in WWE together and became an on-screen pairing across 2020 and 2021.
Sadly, Wyatt – real name Windham Rotunda – died on August 24, 2023 from a heart attack.
He had been suffering from an undisclosed health issue, later revealed to be a heart condition exacerbated by COVID-19, which kept him out of the ring since February 2023.
He was only 36-years-old.
Bliss partnered Flair at WrestleMania 42 in a bid to win the Tag Team titles, but was thwarted in a four-team matchup where the returning Paige secured the belts alongside Hall of Famer, Brie Bella.
But this was the perfect opportunity to pay tribute to Wyatt with her partner, Flair, always wearing elegant gowns and this time, had butterfly wings attached to the back.
Fans enjoyed Bliss’ tribute believing it’s a fitting way to keep Wyatt’s name going.
One fan commented: “I love how she keeps his memory alive.”
Another posted: “Absolutely stunning outfit. All involved in putting that together for Alexa Bliss did a tremendous job!”
A third wrote: “I love how everything she does she always gives tribute to him.”
