The power couple, who are believed to be worth a whopping $2.8B, were initially thought to be relocating to the leafy Cotswolds, before plans to build a huge UK estate were scuppered due to their £7.5million plot being at risk of flooding.
Beyonce, 44, and Jay Z, 56, have now set their sights on a chateau which boasts 10 bedrooms and eight bathrooms, more than enough room for them, daughter Blue Ivy, 14, and eight-year-old twins Rumi and Sir Carter.
The couple are fans of the region after choosing it as the location to celebrate Jay-Z’s 54th birthday in December 2023.
A source said: ‘Everyone is talking about Beyonce and Jay-Z moving to the area.
‘It’s all been shrouded in secrecy, with local businesses and tradespeople forced to sign non-disclosure agreements, but theirs are the names on everyone’s lips.’

The source went on to tell The Sun that a job description had been placed on a local notice board looking for an experienced experienced property manager working with VIP clients, with the need for ‘absolute discretion’.
