ANDREW must testify in the Jeffrey Epstein probe for the sake of the victims, Sir Keir Starmer blasted after disturbing new pics emerged.
The PM last night piled pressure on the disgraced former prince to take the stand in Congress’ investigation into the sex abuse scandal.
He gave his strongest warning yet after sordid images emerged of Andrew on all fours over a woman lying on her back.
The image was released as part of three million pages of evidence released by the US Department of Justice.
The House Oversight Committee is also investigating Epstein’s crimes and wants Andrew to testify.
Asked on his way from Shanghai to Tokyo whether Mountbatten-Windsor should cooperate, Sir Keir said the continued refusal means he is not “victim centred”.
He said: “I have always approached this question with the victims of Epstein in kind.
“Epstein’s victims have to be the first priority. As for whether there should be an apology that’s a matter for Andrew.
“But yes in terms of testifying I have always said anybody who has got information should be prepared to share that information in whatever form they are asked to do that.
“You can’t be victim centred if you’re not prepared to do that.
Andrew was a pal of the late financier paedophile and continued his relationship with him after his conviction.
He has always denied allegations against him, including those made by Epstein victim Virginia Guiffre that she had sex with him as a teenager.
