YOUTUBE stars Dan Howell and Phil Lester have revealed they’ve been dating for 16 years.
The former Radio 1 presenters, who have nearly 3million subscribers on YouTube, confirmed their relationship in a new video today.

Addressing rumours they are an item, the pair posed the question, “Are Dan and Phil in a relationship?”, before answering with an emphatic “yes”.
They then divulged details of their 16 years together.
Dan, 34, told fans: “We fell into it hard and fast in 2009 and here we are almost 16 years later.”
Phil, 38, said they never intended to keep the romance a secret; rather, they didn’t ever put much thought into going official.
“It was so fast that we never labeled it,” he said.
“We just ended up living together and here we are.”
The pair posted individual coming out videos in June 2019 and speculation around their connection has cropped up over the years.
Though the relationship has stood the test of time, Dan admitted it’s not been without its issues.
Phil said: “No, it’s not always perfect. Don’t get it into your head that we are the ideal of human partnerships.
Dan added: “We have had ups and downs like anybody. We have lived a thousand lifetimes of a normal person’s partnership and I have no idea why we’ve survived.”
They reassured fans their content won’t take on a romantic edge now that the truth is out, though they teased they may share more tales about their romantic journey on a podcast.
