THIS X FACTOR star looks completely unrecognisable 14 years on from her shocking audition which saw her storm offstage in a blind rage with Louis Walsh.
The singer was shown on-air swearing and pushing the camera-crew after her performance, but years later she went on to reveal that she was allegedly set up by show bosses.
Zoe Alexander, who was 22 at the time, appeared on The X Factor back in 2012, at that time the star worked as a tribute singer impersonating popstar Pink.
Alexander modelled her whole look of the icon, rocking short blonde locks with a shaved side and a Pink-esque outfit to match, complete with leather trousers.
INFAMOUS AUDITION
Before the audition began Zoe seemed in good spirits as she sat with her family who also worked as tribute acts, her dad as Tom Jones and her mother as Shania Twain.
As Zoe faced the judges she revealed that she was looking to get away from the impersonating Pink and find her “identity”.

To the shock of the judges, who were Gary Barlow, Louis Walsh, Nicole Scherzinger and Tulisa, the singer began belting out Pink’s So What.
Midway through her audition Gary raised his hand to stop the track with Tulisa commenting that it was like “watching a Pink tribute act” and Louis adding that she “blew it”.
The judges decided to give her another chance with a second song which was Emilie Sande’s Next to Me, but they were still left unimpressed with Nicole saying Zoe needed to “go away and find out who you are.”
A heartbroken Zoe hit back at the panel, saying that they had told her “to sing a Pink song” to which they adamantly disagreed.
Louis fired right back at the star, he said: “Zoe it was your audition and you messed up.”
Zoe then stormed off stage throwing her microphone and swearing, she was then met by her equally angry father who brought her back onstage and began protesting to the judges, with his daughter in hysterics beside him.
In a blind rage, Zoe began swearing and screaming at the panel with a big X having to be edited over mouth as she hurled expletives, storming off the stage for a final time she shoved a cameraman.
HER SIDE OF THE STORY
14 years on, Zoe looks unrecognisable after growing her hair out and dying it copper, her style now looks worlds away from the Pink look she once donned.
The Welsh lass, has a strong presence on social media often posting content with her boyfriend and has a passion for cooking, but it seems the former contestant has now left singing in the past.
5 years ago, Zoe uploaded a 35 minute YouTube video titled Zoe Alexander X Factor: The Truth.
In it she detailed how production had allegedly told her to sing a Pink song and that the audition was scripted with the judges fully in the know.
Zoe even accused show hair stylists of being in on the Pink scheme, saying: “They tried to push the Pink image onto me and bully me into being Pink all day.”
“My whole body hurt, I wanted to burst into flames and the floor to open up and swallow me

Speaking about her interaction with the judges she said: “I was greeted by four executioners. That put me off from the start, I felt this big because of their faces. I looked down at Louis, Tulisa, Nicole and Gary and I just felt so small because they were awful.”
About her audition Zoe recalled, how she was left feeling “broken” and “embarrassed”, she said: “I realized that the entire X Factor team were in on it all day, if not from the beginning.
“My whole body hurt, I wanted to burst into flames and the floor to open up and swallow me because I was so embarrassed, I was so broken at that point.
“I remember my dad walking onto the stage and he tried to hug me but I wouldn’t let him. I just I couldn’t, the thought of anyone touching me at that point it was like my skin was on fire.”
She also revealed that the show had allegedly been edited, unveiling that they had cut scenes that had made her appear not aggressive branding it as an “example of The X Factor’s overimaginative editing.”
Zoe got into even more commotion after leaving the show, she said: “I ran out of the building, I ran across the road I nearly got hit by a car, the car had to do an emergency stop to not run me over.
“I fell over again my family and friends came out after me we went back to the car and that was that, we just got in the car and I remember my dad saying “well that went well” and we drove home in silence.”
