MARTIAL arts champion, action film star, and television icon Chuck Norris passed away aged 86 after an undisclosed medical emergency in Hawaii.

Who was Chuck Norris’s wife Gena O’Kelley?
Chuck Norris was married to Gena O’Kelley for 28 years, having tied the knot in 1998.
The pair met a year before, with Norris asking her out on a date shortly after Gena played a small part in his show Walker, Texas Ranger.
Three years after their marriage they welcomed a set of twins, son Dakota and daughter Danilee on August 30, 2001.
However, O’Kelley is also stepmother to Norris’ three children from his previous relationships: Mike, Dina and Eric.

Norris had 13 grandchildren, among them being his grandson Maxwell, who appeared on the show Claim to Fame in 2022, and standout soccer and volleyball athlete granddaughter Greta.
Gena is a businesswoman, serving as CEO of CForce, a water bottling facility founded by O’Kelley and Norris in 2015.
Together, the couple also worked on Kickstart Kids, which was previously named the Kick Drugs Out of America Foundation, when Norris originally founded it in 1990.
The aim of the non-profit organization is to empower youth through karate.

The couple have said that their shared passion was giving back to the community as in 2023 they said: “We started Kickstart Kids, which is truly a fantastic organization that teaches martial arts and character development to students.
“We’ve reached more than 100,000 kids, and the breakthroughs that we’ve seen mean the world to us.”
