HAVING a second go at love can always be daunting, but for one singleton they have plunged into the deep end as a hit reality TV show returns.
Channel 4’s Married At First Sight makes its much-anticipated return to the box this Sunday with the promise of love, tears, and of course drama.

Who is Paul from Married at First Sight UK 2025?
Scottish-born Paul moved to Bath at 18 and hasn’t looked back. After marrying and having three children, his marriage broke down and ended in divorce in 2011.
And now the retired 60-year-old wants to have a second chance of love and has signed up to the Channel 4 dating show and throwing himself in the deep end.
He’s hoping the experts will find him an outgoing woman who shares his zest for life and hobbies.
On joining the E4 serial hit, on Instagram, Paul said: “Well… this isn’t your average relationship update. I’m on Married at First Sight. Yes, it’s real. Yes, I’m nervous. Yes, you should watch.”

When is Married at First Sight UK 2025 on?
MAFS-addicts now only have a few days to wait until the launch of the serial matrimonial programme, which sees singles matched by experts, and marrying after just meeting each other.
The global phenomenon returns to UK shores on Sunday 21 September, and will run every night from Sunday and Thursday.

This is one extra night per week in comparison to previous seasons, meaning that for MAFS fans this is even more marriage-based content to consume.
Who are the other Married at First Sight UK 2025 contestants?
As always, Paul C Brunson, Mel Schilling and Charlene Douglas will be on hand to provide their supposedly expert marriage matchmaking and advice.
