Here’s all you need to know about the national treasure’s husband and children.
Who is Mary Berry’s husband Paul Hunnings?
Mary Berry has only been married once, Mary and Paul have now been husband and wife for 59 years.

Mary Berry’s husband Paul Hunnings is enjoying retired life after his previous jobs selling antique books and working for the sherry brand of Harvey’s of Bristol.
Mary married Paul Hunnings back in 1966 and the couple previously spoke about Paul’s proposal and how she only accepted his offer of marriage after the third attempt.
Mary eventually said the yes after Paul told her: “I said ‘I’m getting on in age, so either it’s yes or no.’”
Mary told her audience, in a special episode of her show Mary Berry Everyday, “I do remember the first proposal and I think you were drunk”.
Paul’s funny response was: “Well I might have been,
“It’s a big step. You don’t go into something like that without a bit of fortification.”
How many children do they have?
Paul and Mary have three children together.
Thomas is their oldest child, he was born in 1968 and is a tree surgeon in Oxfordshire.
Their daughter, Annabelle, is a 52 year old chef who has collaborated with her Mum on lots of food products. The Mother-Daughter duo started their company – Mary Berry & Daughter Ltd in 1994.
Tragically, their son William passed away in a car accident in 1989 when he was just 19.
Commenting on her son’s death, she told the Daily Mail: “William is still a huge part of our lives. I have his photo in the kitchen where I can look at it all the time.
“When I think of William, it’s with joy and happiness.
“I miss him immeasurably, but I know how fortunate I was to have him even for that short time. I still have two other children. How lucky am I?”
How many grandchildren do they have?
The much loved cookery writer has five grandchildren.
Thomas has twins – Grace and Abbie.
Annabelle has three children – Louis, Hobie and Atlanta.
Mary believes it is very important for her Grandkids to learn how to cook.
She explained to The Telegraph: “When I go on holiday with the children, Granny has all the phones, they hand them in to me and they’re allowed them for half an hour in the mornings and an hour-and-a-half at night while we’re getting supper. And it works.”
