ANTHONY JOSHUA made a beeline for Jake Paul’s mum after brutally knocking her son out in their Netflix bout on Friday night.
The two-time heavyweight world champion unleashed a devastating KO on the YouTuber and broke his jaw in two places.
Joshua had to wait until the sixth round to get his win after a frustrating start to the fight.
Paul did his best to keep his distance from the Olympic gold-medallist and refused to engage.
But he eventually tired out and was sent crumpling to the canvas after a brutal jab-cross combination.
Paul has since been sent to the hospital for surgery and cannot eat for a week.
As AJ lapped up his victory in the ring after the fight, he came across Paul’s parents Gregory and Pam Stepnick.
He first greeted Gregory, who grabbed Joshua’s glove, before the heavyweight star reached out for Stepnick.
Joshua asked: “You’re the mum?” before apologising and saying: “It’s just a fight.”
Stepnick replied by saying: “I know.”
Joshua then went on to compliment Paul and said: “He’s got heart. He’s a strong guy, man.”

AJ was respectful towards Paul in the aftermath of the fight as he gave the American credit for stepping through the ropes despite the difference in quality.
Joshua said: “Jake Paul, he’s done really well tonight. I want to give him his props. He got up time and time again.
“It was difficult in there for him, but he kept on trying to find a way. It takes a real man to do that.
“Anyone who laces up these gloves, we always say we give them our respect. We have to give Jake his respect for trying and trying and trying. Well done.”
Paul’s parents had both given their verdict on the prospect of their son taking on a star of Joshua’s calibre in the weeks before the fight.
He released a video showing him FaceTiming his horrified mum and informing her of the news.
Stepnick replied: “No. Oh no… are you crazy?” before feeling her arm to show her goosebumps.
When he asked his mother if she was scared, she replied: “No. I’m terrified.”
Paul had a better outlook for his chances when he phoned his dad to tell him the same news.
Gregory initially started laughing before asking: “The heavyweight? No way dude. Are you for real?
“What’s the world gonna say when you knock his a** out? Because it’s gonna happen.”
