I’M A Celeb viewers were left recoiling as Alex Scott faced one of the show’s most revolting Trials yet – and vomited at the end.
The Trial, Eye to Eye was part of the new Rivals twist unveiled last night.
Ant and Dec split the celebs into head-to-head battles with the winners earning a place in luxury Win City while the losers were condemned to bleak, grey Doomsville and a dinner of nothing more than rice and beans.
The public voted for Alex to go up against Shona in round five.
Alex and Shona had to squeeze juice from raw fish eyes using only her mouth, spit the liquid into a shot glass, and then down the entire thing.
The celebs watched from the stands and could barely hide their horror as the challenge began.
Both campmates struggled to fill their shot glasses, as the gelatinous fish-eye fluid slowly dripped in.
But Alex managed to get hers full first, grabbed the glass, and downed the shot in one go.
For a split-second it looked like she’d triumphed.
No sooner had the liquid hit her stomach than Alex lurched sideways, keeled over and vomited the entire thing straight back up into a bucket.

Shona rushed to check on her, as Alex managed to say: “That was disgusting.”
Despite the dramatic aftermath, Alex secured the win and a spot in the newly transformed purple paradise of Win City.
Her victory meant Alex joined the winners enjoying six hearty meals and plush beds, while Shona and the other losing celebrities were banished to Doomsville.
