DARTS star Nathan Aspinall was left retching and vomiting after being made to do a fantasy football forfeit.
The world No20 swapped darts for a pint of buttermilk after finishing bottom in Gameweek 10 of his mates fantasy league.
Aspinall, who has the likes of Erling Haaland and Bryan Mbeumo in his team, finished the week on 41 points.
However, that was some 20 points below the weekly average and saw him place bottom among his friends.
And as a result the 34-year-old was forced to partake in a forfeit as punishment.
This week’s forfeit, which was posted to the twophatlads TikTok page, saw him having to drink a pint of buttermilk.
Buttermilk is a type of milk traditionally made from the liquid left over after churning butter and has a tangy, sour taste which comes from the fermentation process.
Aspinall was all smiles as he held the drink, but as he lifted it to his nose to smell it his emotions quickly switched from nervous laughter to disgust.
He was seen needing to spit into a bucket as he overcame the pungent smell.
After taking a moment to regain his composure, Aspinall then went in to drink the milk.

The Asp managed a few sips before having to vomit into the bucket.
As his mates in the background joked around, Aspinall looked to get back into his best spirits.
Fans in the comments loved his efforts in the nasty challenge.

Aspinall is due in action at the Grand Slam of Darts next week.
He was placed in the “Group of Death” alongside world No1 Luke Humphries, former world champion Michael Smith and Alex Spellman.
