DEREK CHISORA and Deontay Wilder were not the only people fighting at the O2 on Saturday night.
Wilder came out the victor on points when the two heavyweights clashed in the Brit’s 50th and final fight in professional boxing.
But some fans in the crowd were intent on getting involved in a scrap of their own.
The matchup in the ring had fizzled to a lethargic slug fest between the pair in the twelfth round.
But the energy outside the ring was only ramping up, with video showing a fight breaking out between a number of fans.
A group of individuals in the crowd can be seen pushing and shoving in a fast-growing melee.
The scene quickly escalated to punches being thrown by some of the group, as friends and onlookers attempted to separate the combatants.
It is not clear if anyone was injured in the clash, though the majority of the punches in the video appeared to be thrown wildly and well wide of the mark.
A line of security quickly intervened to try and drag the culprits out of the scrap and calm things down, as concerned fans began to pay more attention to the scuffle than the main event.
One man can then be seen being carried away from the stands by an entourage of security guards.

The scary clash was over as quickly as it started, but video of the incident soon surfaced online.
Fans saw the funny side of the confrontation, and even compared it to the main bout.
One fan joked: “Round 12 and not a single person is looking at what’s going on in the ring.”
And another said: “Just seen it. Its more exciting than the actual fight.”
The majority of the British crowd were disappointed to see Chisora defeated by his American opponent in his final pro fight.
‘Del Boy’ had revealed his intention to quit the sport after the milestone, and his wife Emily made sure he stuck to his word during his post-bout interview.
But it seems the fight will not be Wilder’s last, as he wasted no time in calling out Anthony Joshua on his way out of the arena.
