To many it would seem Vogue Williams had ‘made’ it – she is a successful presenter, has three young children and is married to the millionaire reality TV star, Spencer Matthews.
But the Irish television personality has said she is going on I’m A Celebrity as she needs a ‘jolt’ after becoming stuck in her ways since turning 40 in October.
The Mail can reveal she is to be teased as a ‘late entry’ contestant on tonight’s episode after landing Down Under on Monday before heading into the camp on Thursday with the Celebs Go Dating star, Tom Read-Wilson, 39.
Vogue posed on the beach in Surfer’s Paradise on the Gold Coast in a £211 white embroidered skirt from the New York based brand, Figue, paired with a simple white t-shirt.
Speaking ahead of her two-week Jungle stint, she said: ‘I’m too comfortable in life.
‘I sleep with four pillows in my bed just for me. And I’m like, I think you have to push yourself in your comfort zone, particularly when I turned 40, like I’m just getting stuck in my ways a little bit, and I like things a certain way.
‘I mean, I like to walk around in the park a certain way and everything. I was like, I just want to just be jolted back out of my comfort zone.’

Vogue shares Theodore, seven, Gigi, five, and Otto, three, with her Made in Chelsea star husband, Spencer Matthews, who is currently in Cape Town on a Seven ultra-triathlon challenge
Vogue is an obvious signing for ITV as she is well acquainted with the broadcaster, having previously stood in for Lorraine Kelly on her daytime show on several occasions and appeared as a guest on Loose Women.
The podcast host will join the likes of glamour model, Kelly Brook, social media star, Angry Ginge, rapper Aitch, and Spandau Ballet’s Martin Kemp, who have already been in the Jungle since Saturday.
Vogue married Made in Chelsea star Spencer Matthews, whose older brother is married to Pippa Middleton, in 2018 and the pair share three children Theodore, six, Gigi, four, and Otto, two.
Spencer, 37, is not at home in London either as he is currently attempting to complete seven full Ironman triathlons on seven continents in just 21 days and will not be watching his wife or there to greet her off the I’m A Celebrity bridge.
In 2015, two years before meeting Vogue, the reality star was due to join I’m A Celebrity as a late arrival but he was forced to withdraw after admitting to producers he had taken steroids.
According to the father-of-three, it was ‘vanity’ for a previous charity boxing match that had caused him to take the drug and he was intending to gradually come off them but there was no time ahead of the ITV show.
Producers ruled it ‘unsafe’ for him to continue.

The couple have been married since 2018, when they tied the knot in an intimate ceremony on Spencer’s 10,000-acre family estate in Scotland

Vogue, who was previously married to the Westlife singer Brian McFadden for five years until 2017, said: ‘No one [from ITV] tells you what’s happening at all.
‘I didn’t even know when I was going in, I thought I was going in at a different time.
‘Now I know I am going in, I don’t know how I’m going in. For someone who loves control, that’s really weird to have all of that taken away.
Ms Williams revealed her hyper-organisation means she has already done her Christmas shopping ahead of the two-week stint, which ends on 8 December, and has brought all her children’s food while she is away.
She said: ‘I had to be careful about telling them because they have bigger mouths than me. I’ve been trying to keep the secret.
‘But my only real worry now is missing Spencer and missing the kids and my family.’
On her own personal preparation for the reality show, she admitted that she had ‘done nothing’ to prepare.
I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here continues Wednesday on ITV1 and is available to stream on ITVX.
