DONALD Trump has said the US hit a ‘big facility’ in Venezuela last week, in the President’s first direct strike in the territory.
In a radio interview Trump said the move came as part of America’s campaign against the Latin American country, but gave no details.

“We just knocked out — I don’t know if you read or you saw — they have a big plant, or a big facility, where the ships come from”, Trump told John Catsimatidis, the major Republican donor whose radio show airs on WABC.
He added: “Two nights ago, we knocked that out. So we hit them very hard.”
Military officials said they had no information to share and the Central Intelligence Agency declined to comment, the New York Times reports.
The Venezuelan government has not reported the attack.
