Wednesday’s episode of The Traitors got off to an explosive start, as Harriet declared she’s ‘coming’ for villain Rachel after revealing her true identity.
In tense scenes, faithfuls Matthew and Harriet were given the chance to ask The Traitors two questions, with the hope that they would be truthful.
Ahead of her first question, Harriet left Rachel and Stephen stunned by revealing her secret history as a former barrister and writer of crime novels.
She then asked the pair which faithfuls they hoped to recruit in the future, and Harriet was among the three names on their list.
It was a move that left Harriet visibly unimpressed, and she accused The Traitors of ‘taking her for a fool,’ and confidently stated that she believed Rachel was one of the cloaked figures stood before her.
Rachel confessed Harriet’s behaviour had left her feeling ‘unnerved and uneasy,’ and she ended her speech: ‘You can’t murder me tonight, there is nothing you can do to stop me.’

Harriet’s tirade against Rachel continued at breakfast the next morning, visibly glaring at the mother-of-three as she arrived at the castle.
‘I was not going to allow another day of web weaving around me because I’ve had enough. I’m on to you. You should have killed me when you had the chance,’ she quipped.
Attempting to give more context on the situation, Rachel said: ‘We were trying to come up with what angle do we approach this because there has to be a way it can benefit the Faithful.’
But things got explosive when Harriet started to interrupt her, with Roxy Wilson stepping in to try and defuse the situation, which only riled her up more.
While some fans were quick to praise Harriet for taking a stand against The Traitors, others worried she may have ‘overplayed her hand,’ making her a subject of suspicion for the other Faithfuls.
They posted on X: ‘Harriet laid all her s**t bare far too early. She had tea coulda shoulda been spilt at the round table. Now there’s conversations and accusations flying about everywhere. She’s f****d it.
‘Harriet could had so much control but she completely over-performed at the breakfast table;’
‘Harriet has overplayed her hand. She’s revealed too much about herself and made herself a threat;’

‘I thought Harriet was clever. She said her piece at the table fair enough but if you’ve said your piece, at least let Rachel come back with a response?;’
‘Harriet is actually terrifying hahaha what an icon;’
‘Sorry but I’m not exaggerating when I say this is the best television ever made. Harriet dropping the secret barrister bomb and telling Rachel she’s coming for her. She is mother. She is father. She is everything.’
It comes after former secret traitor Fiona Hughes broke her silence following her shocking banishment from the castle on Friday’s episode.
The Swansea native, 62, was sent home by the Faithfuls who broke into cheers when she revealed herself as a Traitor.
Her elimination came after an intense confrontation with her fellow traitor Rachel Duffy, when Fiona accused her of being a Traitor in front of the rest of the group.
Speaking to The Sun, Fiona admitted: ‘It was incredibly tense. I was really the master of my own downfall.
‘But I suspected that when there was the end game I would be thrown under the bus.’
Fiona began the game as a ‘secret Traitor’, working alone to pick a shortlist of murder victims who the regular Traitors had to then murder from.
When she joined Rachel and Stephen Libby in the turret however, she quickly became suspicious that Rachel was playing only for herself and not as a team.
After Amanda Collier’s banishment from the castle, Rachel revealed she had confided in her that she was secretly a former detective for the metropolitan police.
Fiona was immediately convinced Rachel was lying and felt that Amanda would have told her that because she has several police officers in her family.
It came after Matthew showed his true colours by suggesting The Traitors could recruit him, unaware they were willing to take him up on the offer, with plans to ‘throw him under the bus’
Fiona told Rachel: ‘I just want you to know that I’m suspicious. I think you’re going to get rid of Stephen and I,’ and then accused her of being a Traitor in front of the group.
Explaining her decision, she said: ‘I needed to confront Rachel to be sure in my own mind that she was a team player and not playing singularly.’
Fiona described Rachel as a ‘formidable player’ and felt she was a ‘lone wolf’ who would eventually come after her.
After Fiona’s banishment, Stephen broke down in tears from guilt of voting for her and told the camera, ‘Having to use her like that is just part of the game, isn’t it.’
A triumphant Rachel added, ‘I won the battle, but I need to win the war.’
