A UK rap artist has suddenly cancelled their entire tour, leaving fans disappointed and confused.
It comes only a matter of weeks after the star released their debut album, South LDN Lover Girl.
Ms. Banks is a musician known for her energetic fusion of genres spanning rap, hip-hop and R&B.
She was set to head out for a series of performances next month on a tour named after her album.
However, all of her upcoming shows have been mysteriously cancelled without warning.
The Ticketmaster website has Ms. Banks’ dates in Birmingham, Manchester and London greyed out.
Each show also now sports a small banner underneath reading “cancelled” in block lettering.
Fans who purchased tickets have received text messages informing them that the shows have been called off.
One user posted a screenshot of the text onto X, which reads: “DICE: Ms. Banks’ South LDN Lover Girl The Tour has been cancelled.
“A full refund has been issued to the card you used to buy the ticket and should arrive within 5-10 business days.”
Alongside the screenshot the disappointed fan penned: “Hello???? Omg???”
They tagged Ms. Banks herself in the post, looking for answers.
The star is yet to say anything in response to the tour not proceeding.
Prior to the release of her debut album Ms. Banks had put out mixtapes and EPs.
Her first mixtape, called Once Upon A Grind, came out in 2014 when she was only 20 years old.
Then two years later Ms. Banks – who’s full name is Thyra Ebony Kigho Deshaun Oji – released her first EP, titled New Chapter.
In 2023, Ms. Banks appeared as part of the opening act for the Eurovision Song Contest hosted in Liverpool.
Since then she’s gone on to be signed by Believe records.
Her most popular song on Spotify to date is a remix of her track called Gangsta.
It has amassed nearly 100million listens on the streaming platform.
