UK rape charges against Andrew Tate are DROPPED as influencer claims he’s ‘most mistreated man in history’

ANDREW Tate’s rape charges in the UK have been dropped, with the disgraced influencer moaning about his “mistreatment”.

Three women in their late twenties and early thirties have accused Tate of rape and sexual and physical assaults – including holding guns to their heads and strangulations with belts.

But the CPS said today that the evidence did not meet the threshold to bring criminal charges, and they would be dropped – though the civil case continues.

Reacting to the news, Tate posted on X: “Romania? No case UK? No case USA? No case 4 months in jail, 3 years locked in my house.

“Endless media slander. 25million dollars stolen from me. Lawfare? – I’m one of the most mistreated men in history beside president Trump himself.”

A CPS spokesperson said: “We undertook a further review of a case file in relation to allegations of assault and rape between 2013 and 2015.

“Following careful consideration of the evidence provided by Hertfordshire constabulary, we concluded that our legal test for prosecution was not met, and that no further action should be taken.

“We have informed all parties of our decision and offered to meet with the complainants to explain our reasoning in more detail.”

Tate’s UK solicitor Andrew Ford welcomed the decision.

He said: “Despite much external pressure the evidence speaks for itself in this case and the CPS have rightly confirmed the evidence is inadequate to provide any realistic prospect of conviction.

“The reason the CPS made this decision will become obvious when the evidence is played out during the civil proceedings.

“We are glad that this is yet another example of a potential criminal case against Andrew Tate falling by the wayside.”

The women brought a civil case against Tate at the High Court after the CPS originally decided not to prosecute in 2019.

The civil case against Tate, brought by three women, still stands and is due to start in June 2026.

Tate denies the allegations, with his lawyers saying in his written defence that the claims are false and that all sexual activity was consensual.

Tate and his brother Tristan were then criminally charged with rape and a string of other offences against four women in the UK back in May of this year.

Andrew Tate was accused of ten criminal charges in total.

These included rape, actual bodily harm, human trafficking and controlling prostitution for gain against three women.

One of the women claims Tate threatened to kill her and another says he made clear he would kill anyone who spoke to her.

A third claims Tate convinced her he had actually killed other people.
