VLADIMIR Putin sent NATO warplanes scrambling last night with a deadly missile and drone attack that slaughtered civilians in Ukraine – including two children.
At least six were killed, buried under the rubble after a savage hit on an apartment building in Kharkiv.
The body of a 13-year-old girl was pulled from the ruins, said local official Oleg Sinegubov.
