TWO Vietnamese boat migrants made £750,000 smuggling their countrymen into the UK after advertising their services online, a court heard.
Hop Can Nguyen, 46, and his female assistant Hoang My Tra Nguyen, 25, trafficked at least 250 across the Channel.

They offered a “range of transport options” on Facebook.
Prices ranged from £3,000 to £18,000 for more “luxury” trips.
The pair were part of a “highly sophisticated smuggling operation”.
They were arrested after vanishing from their Home Office accommodation.
Hop Nguyen was jailed for 12 years and Hoang Nguyen for ten years.
The sentences came six months after they admitted assisting unlawful immigration between January 2023 and April 2024.
The pair both arrived in Britain in 2023.
They will be deported on their release, Croydon crown court was told.
