TWINS who slept with the same woman do not know which of them is her kid’s dad.
It cannot be determined as their DNA is the same, a court heard.

The woman had sex with identical twin brothers in a four-day window when the girl was conceived in 2017.
The Court of Appeal case heard there is a 50/50 chance either is the father.
The woman remained in a casual relationship with one twin and he was named on the birth certificate.
But the matter came to the family court in 2024 when they broke up and each man claimed the girl as his.
Lawyers sought to remove the twin from the birth certificate.
The appeal court ruled his name should stay as it is impossible to prove he is not the biological father.
But it removed his right to parental responsibility of the girl, who is now aged eight.
The ruling said: “By the time [she] reaches maturity it may be possible for science to identify [the] father.”
