A TELLY fitness guru accused of trying to kill his boss with a chocolate bar has been cleared.
Jody Bunting, 45, was arrested for attempted murder after his hotel health club manager had a severe allergic reaction.
He left a fruit and nut bar while Kim Hoskins, 27, was off.
Days later she was in hospital with anaphylactic shock.
Police seized Jody after a 2023 Morocco holiday.
After 17 months on bail prosecutors are taking no further action.
Jody, who had a slot on C4’s Big Brother in 2001, said: “I am glad Kimberley recovered.
“But it has nothing to do with me.”
Ms Hoskins is suing Derby’s Mickleover Court Hotel Leisure Club for disability discrimination.
In legal papers she said Jody was “plotting with colleagues to throw chocolate into my office to get rid of me”.
