Donald Trump has threatened to sue Jeffrey Epstein‘s estate, and his friend-turned-nemesis Michael Wolff, for allegedly ‘conspiring’ to destroy his political career.
The US President has said the latest Epstein file dump absolves him of his links to the convicted pedophile, though the reasoning behind this claim is unclear.
‘I didn’t see it myself but I was told by some very important people that not only does it absolve me, it’s the opposite of what people were hoping, you know, the radical left,’ Trump told reporters on Air Force One as he flew to Florida late Saturday night.
Trump said he plans to sue Wolff, who wrote an unauthorized biography about him, and potentially the Epstein estate, for allegedly ‘conspiring’ to take him down.
‘Wolff, who’s a third-rate writer, was conspiring with Jeffrey Epstein to hurt me politically or otherwise and that came through loud and clear,’ Trump said.
‘So we’ll probably sue Wolf on that… Maybe the Epstein estate, I guess. I don’t know. But we’ll certainly sue Wolff.’
