Transfer news LIVE: Spurs’ ‘record breaking bid’ for Savinho, Villa ‘eye Jackson’, Isak to Liverpool latest

Shearer BLASTS Isak agent

Newcastle United legend Alan Shearer has claimed Alexander Isak should give his agent the boot for the advice he’s given him in recent weeks.

The Toon legend told Betfair: “Oh my God, what a f***ing mess his agent has made of this. Honestly.

“If I was him, I’d get his agent in a room and sack him on the spot immediately, because he is meant to be giving him the advice to sign that six‑year deal and there’s no get‑out clause.

“I mean, it’s ridiculous. And to take anyone’s word in football… it’s nonsensical to say that someone said, “Oh, I’ll be able to get out at the end of the season.”

“Really? I mean, come on.”

Arsenal hijack Spurs’ Eze pursuit

The Gunners have sensationally hijacked Tottenham’s £60million pursuit for Crystal Palace star Eberechi Eze.

Playmaker Eze, 27, was expected to join Spurs after days of talks between chairman Daniel Levy and counterpart Steve Parish.

But arch-rivals Arsenal have always been interested in the England man too and have now made their move following a knee injury to Kai Havertz.

Prem TV fixtures announced for October

Man Utd and Chelsea have both seen games against Premier League champions Liverpool rescheduled for broadcast.

Eze medical set

Eberechi Eze is expected to undergo a medical at Arsenal on Friday after playing his final match for Crystal Palace.

He will then likely be unveiled as an Arsenal player at the weekend.

Eze offers Havertz solution

Eberechi Eze’s arrival at Arsenal will be a huge boost following the injury to Kai Havertz.

The 27-year-old can play in attacking midfield or on the left side, offering Mikel Arteta more options in attack.

Arsenal could now consider playing Eze on the left wing alongside new striker Viktor Gyokeres and Bukayo Saka on the right.
