
TRAGEDY struck the first day of racing back at Cheltenham this season when punter favourite Third Time Lucki suffered a fatal injury.
The Fergal O’Brien-trained ten-year-old went wrong in the big 2m handicap chase at 3.35pm.

The horse’s sad death was confirmed by Oli Bell on live ITV coverage.
