A WOMAN has been found dead inside a hotel room as cops launch an urgent investigation.
Police were called to the Inn on the Lake, in Shorne, Kent, at 11.53am yesterday after the grim discovery.
Paramedics tragically pronounced a woman in her 40s dead at the scene.
Kent Police have since arrested 49-year-old man in connection with the incident.
It is understood the man is known to the deceased and the investigation is ongoing.
