A GLAMOUROUS nurse-turned-model has reportedly died of a suspected heart attack while on a shoot abroad.
Fans of Hsieh Youxin were shocked by her sudden passing as the news broke on Wednesday.
The 31-year-old influencer died in Malaysia – where she had travelled to for work, according to Chinese-language media.
She reportedly died of a suspected heart attack, despite having no known underlying health conditions.
The social media star is thought to have loved exercising and led a fairly healthy lifestyle.
Hsieh’s loved ones are currently handling her funeral arrangements and are also considering an investigation into her shock death.

Hsieh’s manager, Chris, said: “Her family will likely hold a private farewell; it probably won’t be public.”
A trained caregiver from Taichung, Taiwan, the stunning model was nicknamed the “Nurse Goddess.”
She had hundreds of thousands of Instagram followers and was also active on adult subscription platforms.
Her last post, dated October 19, showed the model and other influencers wearing swimsuits and putting on a busty display for a video shoot.
Hsieh was instantly recognisable by the missing portion of a ring finger on one hand, a horrifying story she previously shared with fans.
She lost the digit while working at her family’s iron factory shortly after leaving school.
During a moment of distraction, she accidentally crushed her finger in a hydraulic press, with her father rushing her to the hospital.
“They managed to reattach it for a few days, but it worsened and the fingertip turned black, so it had to be amputated,” she once explained.
She joked: “I’ve truly accepted it and never felt embarrassed. Luckily, it wasn’t my thumb, so it didn’t affect my life at all. And thankfully not my middle finger.
“Otherwise, how would I argue with people in the future?”
Fans have since been flooding her social media with messages of condolence.
It comes as cops reopen and investigation into the death of glam model Semanur Arslan, who mysteriously fell from a balcony in Turkey.
The 27-year-old was previously thought to have taken her own life but cops now believe the suicide note on her phone was fake.
A shocking autopsy report found male DNA under her fingernails: the report was prompted after Semanur’s parents rejected the claim their daughter took her own life.
