Tragedy as body found in search for missing woman, 50, at countryside home

THE body of a missing woman has been found at a countryside home.

Joanne Evans, 50, had disappeared before the grim discovery on Friday afternoon at an address in a village near Bradford.

She was found in Cullingworth Gate in Bingley at around 2.10pm.

West Yorkshire Police said there are not believed to be any suspicious circumstances, and Joanne’s family have been informed.

They said: “Police searching for missing Joanne Evans in Bradford District have found the body of a woman.

“Officers attended at an address in Cullingworth Gate, Bingley, at about 2.10pm today (Friday) and located the body of an adult woman.
