A TOWIE star has up and left the latest reality TV trip to Vietnam following a huge bust-up.
The Only Way Is Essex star took to social media to explain why he fled the country and came home early.
Screen favourite Freddie Bentley wrote on Instagram Stories the reason behind the cut-short trip.
Freddie, 27, penned: “Hi, guys, would rather everyone heard from me, but just to let you know, I’ve left filming in Vietnam a couple of days early.
“Let’s just say a lot has happened already this series and I just needed to get back to Essex and have a breather before everyone else flies home.”
He continued: “But don’t worry, I’ll be back filming with everyone once they all return.
“As always, all will be revealed on the show. Love you all, Freddie.”
The star has had a difficult time in Essex recently with emotions flaring between the stars of the ITV2 reality programme.
Last series, Freddie showed his vulnerable side as he broke down in tears and sobbed to close pal Dani Imbert.
It came after Freddie’s heated discussion with co-star Livvy Jay as they clashed over recent comments she had been heard saying about Freddie.
Livvy had been bashing Freddie and his close bond with Saffron Lempriere as well as taking issue with how he had handled recent things among the Essex group.
It saw the pair argue in front of their pals before Freddie took himself off for a quiet moment with Dani Imbert.
It became clear that the star was beginning to get emotional as he admitted to being “exhausted” following his constant rows.
Freddie also locked horns with Jordan Brook and Sophie Kasaei during the show.
Earlier in the series, Freddie’s fallout with former pal Harry took centre stage.
A huge row erupted between the cast in their last trip abroad to Portugal which led to a number of the stars being held back as the confrontation went a step too far.
The drama appeared to be caused over Freddie and Ella Rae Wise‘s disdain for certain members of the group failing to support her during her stint in the Celebrity Big Brother house last year.
It was followed by a bust-up with his best friend Ella when Freddie was unimpressed after Ella had a night out with his ex Harry.
Three brand-new hunky stars are set to appear in their first scenes in Vietnam.
TikTok stars and twins Jonnie and Joe Gurie, 19, have joined the cast along with 24-year-old Essex bricklayer Josh Francis.
