ALICE Liveing has told fans she was rushed to hospital just five weeks after welcoming baby girl Jeannie with husband Patrick Murphy.
The This Morning star, 32, welcomed her first child last month and she took to social media to reveal she’s been diagnosed with a life-threatening condition.
She took to Instagram on Friday to share the news with her 675,000 followers as she posted a snap of a hospital bed along with various machines.
Alice began: “Not the news I wanted today but wanted to share in case it’s helpful or makes anyone else get theirs checked.
“I had some unusual post birth bleeding over the last week or so, and saw my GP who referred me for a scan.
“Turns out I have some ‘retained products’ and am now waiting for the plan of action to deal with this.

“It’s these little things you often try and ‘write off’ as being normal post having a baby that it can be worth getting checked.”
The vlogger continued: “I’m sadly outside the 28 day window to receive triage care from the hospital hence needing to go down the GP route but I’m glad I did and will keep you posted with next steps for anyone else who might be experiencing similar.”
In her next post, the new mum shared symptoms for Abnormal postpartum bleeding and told her followers: “Mine was mainly the colour of my bleeding.
“It was a bright bright red with large clots (Sorry TMI) from around 25 days post birth.”
She took to Instagram on November 9 to share the wonderful news of her baby’s safe arrival.
Alice posted a series of pictures of Jeannie as she excitedly announced: “Creeping back online to announce the arrival of… Jeannie Isabella Murphy.
“She burst into the world in the most unexpected way, I can’t wait to share more on this because it’s a wild story.
“But she’s here, she’s healthy, she’s happy and safely earthside and that’s all we could ask for,
“It’s been a whirlwind two weeks, and I’ve taken the most time offline since I started posting 10 years ago to soak up every single second of this bubble we’re in.”
Her celebrity pals flocked to the comments section to congratulate her as Lucy Mecklenburgh gushed: “Congratulations! She’s so perfect.”
Loose Women panellist Katie Piper penned: “Huge congratulations,” and Montana Brown expressed: “Congrats superwoman. She’s so beautiful.”
Pixie Lott said: “Ahhhh congratulations guys so beautiful!!!!!,” while Joe Wicks added: “This is so wonderful. Congratulations.”
Dr Zoe Williams commented: “Oh Alice she’s perfect. Congrats to you and Paddy. You’re a family now.”
