The insane luxury homes that have been on the market for years but just can’t sell

Many homes are taking years to sell in the UK despite there being a housing shortage at the moment.

While luxury might seem as a guaranteed bonus to a property, enticing buyers, it seems that has not been the case with these 11 properties.

Some of them have been on the market for nearly seven years but still haven’t been shifted.

For context, the average time to sell a home in the UK is 64 days from when it’s first marketed, or just over two months, according to Rightmove.

London is prominent for properties being stuck on the market for years, even with its huge demand for housing, property prices appear to be too much so they languish on Rightmove.
