IT’S become one of the most highly-anticipated sales of the year.
And if you’re one of the fashion fans waiting for Tesco’s 25% off sale, you’d better set your alarm – as it kicks off on Monday.
An eager shopper took to the Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK group on Facebook to share the exciting news.
“25% off clothing at Tesco,” they wrote.
“Starts Monday 19th May, ends Sunday 25th May.”
They added that the offer doesn’t apply to underwear, and is also only on in store.
And people took to the comments section to tag their mates and share their excitement over the upcoming deals.
“Woo hoo, holiday shopping lol!” one wrote.
“Trip to Tesco needed,” another added.
“Omg guess where I’m going!” a third joked.
“Ooo baby clothes,” someone else commented.
“Your fave time of year,” another wrote, tagging a friend.
While someone else said to a pal: “I know how much you love an F&F bargain!”
“Take that set back for full price buy it again with 25% off,” another cheekily told a mate.
“Well that’s no good. I need underwear,” someone else sighed.
“Might get that leopard bikini!” another mused.
While someone else admitted there’s a “Tesco trip pendinggg”.
The news didn’t go down too well with everyone though, as one person sighed: “Every time I’m broke!”
How has Tesco’s F&F upped its game
By Fabulous’ Fashion Editor Clemmie Fieldsend
ZARA has become a high street staple in recent years thanks to its hot-off-the-catwalk designs and affordable prices.
But recently those prices have risen with the brand’s popularity.
However, if you are looking for high fashion inspired outfits with low price tags you needn’t drag yourself to your local shops, just head to the supermarket instead.
F&F has come a long way from selling a few backs of T-shirts and fluffy dressing gowns and is now a must have shopping destination for thousands.
They produce good quality, long lasting and on trend clothes that puts others to shame.
F&F is filled with Zara dupes and other looks inspired by our favourite shops that will set you back less than £50 – and you can get them while you pick up your dinner.
I for one love F&F denim, it’s durable, fits really well and has all the best silhouettes.
So even if you’re not looking for reasonable prices but just want good clothes, get yourself to Tesco.
“May as well be on all the time or reduce prices accordingly,” another complained, referring to the accusations that Tesco price their clothing too high.
Those who are planning to take advantage of the discounts might want to keep an eye out for the “perfect holiday co-ord”.
Tesco employee Lacey showed the ensemble off in a video on her TikTok page, as she predicted it would be a sell out.
“I’m back at work and when I tell you there is so many cute new bits in for summer, I’m going to show you all my new favourites,” she began.
She kicked off her rundown with a cute co-ord, intended to be worn over a bikini, as she gushed: “This is literally giving like a Greek holiday.
“How gorgeous is it?
“The top is £16 and the bottoms are £27.50, but you need to come and get this because this will go really quickly!”
