THEY’RE the toys that people can spend hundreds of pounds collecting.
But if you’re a Jellycat fan, you don’t have to splash out on an expensive outfit for them this Christmas.
As one woman has found a genius B&M buy to get her bunny looking all festive – but not in the toy aisle.
Tiffany took to TikTok to share the budget find, as she admitted the product is initially marketed to dress up drink bottles for the Christmas season.
“I saw on TikTok that B&M do bottle covers that can fit your Jellycat,” she said.
“I found this really cute pink and green one and it comes with a little hat.

“Look!”
She then demonstrated dressing her Bashful Ivy bunny in the super cute jumper, but admitted the hat wasn’t going to work.
Tiffany concluded her video by showing Ivy all dressed up, as she added in the caption: “This really shows you that I am severely unemployed and having a mental breakdown but at least I’m keeping myself busy!”
As well as the pink and green design that Tiffany picked up, there’s also a red and white striped version, a Santa one, a gingerbread design, a red jumper saying ‘Santa Baby’ and a green one saying ‘Merry Christmas’.
“The perfect way to gift your loved ones their favourite drink at Christmas time,” B&M wrote of the bottle covers on their website, calling them “adorable, wholesome and charming”.
People were quick to comment on the video, with one writing: “They have 100% caught on and made them bigger!
“I bought one for the first time a few years ago and it was a struggle getting them into it.
“This year was like it was MADE for them!”
“I’m so sad my local b&m don’t have any! Gonna have to travel!” another added.
“This makes my heart happy,” a third wrote.
“Stop this is so cute!” someone else gushed.
“That is the cutest thing ever,” another agreed.
Why are Jellycats so popular?
THEY were made for kids, but Jellycat toys remain incredibly popular with adults too. So just what is the appeal?
The London-based company started making toys in 1999, and enjoyed success from the outset thanks to the fabrics used to make their plushies suitable for children of all ages.
In recent years, they have branched out from making toys of various animals into turning virtually anything you can think of into a Jellycat.
Their vegetable offerings, which range from broccoli to avocado, can help kids eat their greens.
And even their April Fools – a toilet paper toy – was a hit with fans.
Jellycat also has numerous celebrity fans, including Princess Charlotte, with a picture released in 2015 showing the royal with her Fuddlewuddle dog.
The hefty price tag of the toys also promote the idea of luxury, and the value of the toys increases over time – meaning they are often a worthwhile investment.
Jellycat releases two new collections a year – in January and in the summer, in either June or July.
“Attach a bobble to the hat and tie it round its ear hope this helps,” someone else said.
Others shared their own snaps of their Jellycats in the adorable jumpers.
While someone else said that Morrisons’ Elf on the Shelf jumpers also work on the Jellycats.
