TEEN Mom star Kayla Sessler has sent fans into a frenzy after dishing up a controversial snow day snack for her kids.
As much of the northern United States was pummeled with snow over the weekend, the MTV personality and her kids got out and enjoyed the cold weather.
Kayla, 27, posted a video on Instagram that appeared to show her trying to make ice cream in the snow with her four children.
The clip opened with the reality star placing a large metal bowl in a hole in the snow.
One of her daughters attempted to crack an egg into the bowl, dropping the yolk and shell into the snow instead.
The mishap didn’t stop the family fun, however.
Kayla and her kids continued on, adding eggs, heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and more to their bowl.
The children took turns pouring ingredients and stirring before breaking out cones to enjoy the fruits of their labor.
Kayla’s children were all smiles as they enjoyed their drippy ice cream cones in the snow but some fans were concerned about the snack.
“Looks so fun! Next time you can make the ice cream without the egg. May come out better and not so runny,” one person posted.
Another questioned, “Girl what was the egg for.”
The controversy continued on Reddit, where one critical commenter wrote, “Ok you don’t need to add eggs to do this… just cream, powdered sugar and vanilla. But not that much vanilla. Jesus.”
Not everyone was so opposed to the idea, however.
“You never ate raw cookie dough?” questioned a supporter on Reddit.
Another wrote, “Yeah, that’s how a lot of people make homemade ice cream. Looks like they’re having fun with their mom.”
“It’s not like she’s feeding them raw eggs. I’m sure you’ve eaten cake batter and cookie dough,” someone else posted.

NEW BABY
It’s been a busy few months for the Teen Mom alum.
In October 2025, she gave birth to her youngest child – a baby boy called Zain.
She introduced the baby to the world on social media on November 27, 2025.
Kayla posted a photo of her youngest son along with some information about him.
Her Instagram post revealed that the baby, full name Zain Khailyn Leigh, was born on October 7, 2025.
Fans had been speculating that Kayla was pregnant prior to her official announcement.
Zain was first spitted in Halloween photos featuring the reality star’s older children.
The pictures showed two of her older children dressed as astronauts, while the younger ones wore alien costumes.
“Trick-or-treating is out of this world,” she captioned the post.
Kayla announced that she was pregnant in September 2025, just a few weeks before she gave birth.
She’s also mom to son Zyaire, daughter Ariah, and another son named Izaiah.
Zain and Zyaire she shares with her new boyfriend Ryan Leigh.
Ariah and Izaiah are from previous relationships with exes Luke Davis and Stephen Alexander respectively.
Ryan has a son os his own, Zander, also from a previous relationship.
