SUMO champion Hoshoryu received a surprising reward for his performances at the Grand Sumo Tournament in London.
The tournament has taken London by storm since beginning earlier this week at the Royal Albert Hall.
Mongolian wrestler Hoshoryu defeated Daiki to win the event, and was soon surprised by a sumo-sized reward on stage.
The 26-year-old was given a gigantic inflatable bottle of Kikkoman Soy Sauce for his efforts.
In the spirit of the fun event, fans on social media had a ball with the image of the giant holding the bottle.
One fan made a quip using the name of the brand, saying: “Outrageous for the loser! You should never kikkoman when he’s down!”
Another questioned whether even that bottle would be enough for the 6ft 2in, 150kg star by stating: “That won’t even be enough to flavour his breakfast”
And a third fan joked: “Does he have a cool, dry place big enough to store that thing?”
Thankfully, the prize was just an additional award from the tournament’s sponsor, and the wrestler also received a stylish trophy to commemorate his victory.
It was the second ever time the tournament was held outside of Japan, with the previous example being when the Royal Albert Hall hosted in 1991.

The 34-year hiatus did not dispel any of the excitement in the nation surrounding the event, with sumo fever catching on as the 40 giant stars toured around London.
They interacted with London staples by riding lime bikes and downing pints of Guinness as they made the most of their time abroad.
