STRIKE doctors have branded their working colleagues scabs — for crossing a picket line to keep patients safe.
Militant medics tore into one online after he shared a selfie taken at work in his scrubs during the five-day pay walkout, which ends tomorrow.

On social media platform Reddit, one striking doctor wrote “scabs out in force”, while another blasted: “Weird how he can stand and take a pic while lacking any spine.”
In the image — originally posted on TikTok — the doctor at work says he is “fully behind” the strikes.
But that did not deter one medic from commenting: “Imagine proudly scabbing.”
Another admitted half the resident doctors in their department are “scabbing”.
Medics on Reddit also shared tips on how to defend the strikes to relatives over Christmas.
One wrote: “My retired doctor father-in-law will spend the whole festive season harrumphing about the bloody junior doctors and that they’ve ‘lost public support’.
“And I’ll be defending them to the hilt and have various graphics saved on my phone to thrust at him.”
Most of the posts are anonymous but some share videos and images of work and official NHS correspondence.
Shadow Health Secretary Stuart Andrew said: “It’s disappointing to see doctors abusing and deriding colleagues who choose to stay on the wards to care for patients.
“Doctors should be united in putting patients first — not trading barbs on internet forums or undermining those who are treating patients during one of the worst flu outbreaks in years.
“The truth is, doctors should not be allowed to strike.”
Last week The Sun on Sunday revealed that some militant doctors were desperate for the strike to go ahead as they had planned time off.
