STRICTLY’S Amy Dowden has revealed her husband’s strict warning ahead of her next dance with controversial star Thomas Skinner.
The pro dancer, 35, is partnered with The Apprentice star, 34, who’s time on the show so far has been plagued by controversy.

Viewers have voiced their sympathy for Amy after she was partnered with Thomas, amid his off-screen controversies.
But tough Amy, who has overcome breast cancer, has vowed to make a success of Thomas on the dancefloor.
Last weekend, the pair’s Paso Doble on the first live show of the series didn’t go down well with fans, with viewers claiming they were scored too highly.
But they are keen to put this behind them and are busy rehearsing a salsa for Saturday’s show.

However, Amy has revealed that her husband Benjamin has given her a warning, as she rehearses the tricky number with Thomas.
Talking about doing the tough routine, she revealed: “Even my husband was saying, please be careful.”
The star’s hubby’s words come as Amy revealed that the dance does push her body to the limit.
The dancer said she would “never have been able to do the dance last year”, shortly after she had battled breast cancer.
Meanwhile, Thomas’ time on Strictly has already been dogged by controversy.
It came after he confessed to having a fling with another woman, just weeks after his wedding in May 2022.
In an emotional interview last month, he admitted that his “two week fling” shortly after after marrying Sinead was a “moment of madness” that nearly “ruined his life.”
But the woman he was involved with, Amy-Lucy O’Rourke, hit back, claiming the affair was far more serious than he let on.
At the weekend, Thomas revealed how his wife Sinead reacted to the news of his infidelity.
Speaking to Daily Mail he said: “It wasn’t difficult for me because I know the mistakes I’ve made in my life, but it was awful for my poor wife to read it all, and that’s why I feel bad.

“We had already moved on from this. I’m doing Strictly and I’m in the public eye now.
“My whole life has been dug up and regurgitated and my poor wife has to read something that she has moved on from.”
Continuing, Thomas told the outlet: “It took a long, long time for her to forgive me and we have worked at it.
“I will never say I’m perfect but it was hard seeing my wife relive all of this. But she said that it wouldn’t break us, it wouldn’t ruin us.
“She told me that she loves me to pieces and I love her.”
Thomas also told The Sun that he is “determined to win” Strictly Come Dancing despite the recent backlash he’s received.
He told us: I’m absolutely buzzing about Strictly.
“I’ve been working so hard with Amy and enjoying dancing more than I thought.
“l’ve fallen in love with the dancing and I have definitely improved.
“I’m looking forward to the live show and showing the public how hard I’ve been working. I’m feeling happy, positive and confident.”
