Steven Gerrard‘s daughter Lilly-Ella has revealed her baby daughter’s unique name after welcoming her first child with her boyfriend Lee Byrne.
Footballing legend Steven, 45, became a grandfather for the first time when Lilly, 21, announced on Tuesday that she had given birth to a daughter.
Lilly welcomed her baby girl with Lee – the son of a formerly jailed Irish gangster, who was released from prison earlier this year – and they have now revealed her precious name.
The influencer shared an adorable image on her Instagram story of her holding her baby’s hand in a touching post.
Revealing her name, Lilly added in a caption: ‘So lucky to be your mum My beautiful baby girl, Lila Grey. Perfection.’
She also posted a photograph to her Grid of a sweet welcome home party waiting for her and her newborn baby girl after they arrived home from hospital.

Her baby’s pink-themed homecoming included balloons, candles and a teddy, while a sign read ‘welcome to the world baby’.
Lilly captioned the post: ‘Welcome home Lila Grey. I love you so much #babybubble.’
Her father, former Liverpool star Steven, has yet to break his silence since becoming a grandfather for the first time.
However, Lilly did share a picture of the ex-England player gazing at his new granddaughter lovingly, alongside the words: ‘Little angel is here.’
Lilly also uploaded a rare photo of her mother Alex, 42, cradling her first grandchild.
Alex – who has been married to Steven since 2007 – no longer uses social media, and shuns showbiz events, despite being one of Britain’s most famous WAGs at one point.
Lilly has been in a relationship with the father of her child, Lee, since October 2022.
He is the son of formerly jailed Kinahan Cartel gangster Liam Byrne, and their romance grabbed headlines when it first came to light.

She announced her pregnancy news in January, sharing a photo of her positive pregnancy test and telling her 222,000 Instagram followers: ‘Our little secret. The best news… mini us is on the way.’
Responding to his daughter’s post, Steven wrote: ‘We can’t wait. Congratulations and we love you.’
Lee’s gangster father was issued a five-and-a-half-year prison sentence for a plot to stockpile a stash of machine guns.
Ipswich Crown Court heard how Byrne and colleague Shaun Kent planted a haul of automatic weapons in a bid to help Thomas Kavanagh dupe the authorities.
Kavanagh, Byrne’s brother-in-law, was hoping to lead the National Crime Agency, Britain’s FBI, to the guns in a bid to reduce his sentence in a drug conspiracy case.
The staggering haul, imported from Holland, included three Skorpion machine guns, three Heckler and Koch self-loading pistols, a PPS43 submachine gun, a POF PK1 submachine gun and an Uzi machine gun.
Byrne’s son Lee, celebrated the sentencing with a ‘get in there’ adding: ‘I love you da. See you soon.’

In January, MailOnline exclusively revealed that Byrne was released from prison three months after he was sentenced to five years in jail.
He was let out with an electronic tag as part of the Prime Minister’s controversial Early Release Scheme to ease overcrowding in prisons, sources said at the time.
Byrne, who was released on a curfew and other conditions, had been on remand for ten months before his sentencing last October.
Lee and Lilly became an item after Lee moved into a gated community in Freshfield, one of Merseyside’s more desirable post codes.
The Byrne and Gerrard families are said to have bonded since the young couple began dating, with Lee describing Alex as his second mum.
There is no suggestion that Lee or any member of the Gerrard family are involved in crime.
