Aldi’s Solar Mosaic Water Feature was launched last year as part of their Garden Portofino range, which was inspired by Tuscany.

But the £49.99 feature is back this year, and shoppers have been saying they are getting Moroccan vibes from the device.

The water feature has a background of mosaic tiles and a stone-effect finish and runs on eco-friendly solar power.

This means you don’t have to worry about wasting any water or using electricity to power it.

It also comes with screws so you can attach it to an outside wall.

Shopper Lilith showed how she snapped it up for her garden and loved the “peaceful” effect.

On her @lilith666xo account, she raved: “If you’re a water sign girly and feel at peace by the sound of water then girl RUN to Aldi cos I’m obsessed with this.

“I just wanna sit in my back garden ALL THE TIME NOW.”

Lilith said she had spotted the Solar Mosaic Water Feature last year, but hadn’t been lucky enough to snap one up.

She said: “This year when I knew they was coming in I waited outside af 8am and my local store only had 2 in stock.”

We also shared how Aldi is selling a nifty gadget that’s £20 cheaper than the B&Q version and perfect for sorting your garden for summer.

The multi-functional tool will have your yard ready for BBQ parties and paddling pools in no time.

Aldi is selling an environmentally-friendly Electric Weed Killer for just £14.99.

It works as a hot-air blower which gets three jobs done as one single gadget.

On the Aldi website it states: “Grab yourself a multi-functional hot-air blower which performs as a weeder, BBQ lighter and hot air gun for removing paint and varnish to conquer all those garden tasks this year.”

The 2000-watt machine has no harmful chemicals as it simply spits out hot air, killing the weeds.

8 must-have plants to brighten up your garden

Nick Hamilton owner of Barnsdale Gardens has shared his favourite plants and flowers you should consider adding to your garden, borders and pots.

Tricyrtis

A spectacular plant that gives a real exotic feel to any garden with its orchid-like, spotted flowers giving the impression that this plant should be tender but it is “as tough as old boots!”.

Penstemon

I love this plants genus of because most will flower all summer and autumn. They’ll grow in sun or semi-shade in a well drained soil and produce a non-stop display of tubular flowers in an array of colours and colour combination to suit all tastes.

Luzula sylvatica ‘Marginata’

With the evergreen leaves edged with yellow it’s great asset is that it
will grow in sun or shade in any type of soil and is great as groundcover in the hardest spot to fill – dry shade.

Eryngium x zabelii ‘Big Blue’

A stunning, nectar-rich plant that will feed the beneficial insects in your
garden. Leave the flowerheads once they have turned brown because they look stunning with winter frost and snow, extending the plant’s interest period.

Sarcococca hookeriana ‘Winter Gem’

If you need winter scent then look no further than this compact, evergreen shrub. The scent is stunning and the evergreen leaves create an excellent backdrop for the summer flowers.

Cornus sanguinea ‘Anny’s Winter Orange’

A dwarf version of ‘Midwinter Fire’ the very colourful stems create a stunning winter display, particularly on sunny days.

Rosa ‘Noisette Carnee’

A very well-behaved climbing rose that is perfect for training over an arch, pergola or gazebo. The small, “noisette” flowers are blush-pink and produce the most amazing clove scent constantly from June to November.

Sanguisorba hakusanensis ‘Lilac Squirrel’

I’ve never seen a squirrel with a drooping, shaggy lilac tail, but this variety will give your garden an unusual and different look throughout summer. It does need a moisture retentive soil but will grow in sun or semi-shade.
