SCOTT Thomas has revealed how he has put a sweet tribute to his dead dog Juno alongside his late dad’s photo, and wrote “see you both soon”.
The Love Island star, 37, revealed last month his heartbreak over losing his beloved dog and told fans that the loss had “been harder than expected”.
Scott has had a rough few weeks since Juno died, but he has revealed a sweet tribute to her and also his late father, Dougie James.
The OG Islander, along with his brothers Ryan and Adam, lost their dad in 2020.
The famous siblings’ dad was a legendary singer who toured with The Jackson 5 with his band Dougie James And The Soul Train.
Scott had previously revealed how he brought Juno into his life shortly after his dad died.
So to honour both of them, the reality star revealed to fans his sweet tribute he had made for them.
Taking to his Instagram Stories, Scott revealed he had set up a display which had pictures of both of them, so he can see them every day.
The TV star wrote on sweet snap: “Look after my baby dad. See you both soon.”
Scott has kept fans up-to-date with how he is doing as he navigates his immense grief.
Last week, the heartbroken star revealed how he was “trying to find peace” during this tough time.
The former Islander penned: “Thank you for all the beautiful messages regarding Juno.
“It makes me so happy to know she’s touched so many lives as she really was a special soul.
“It’s been harder than I expected as I feel like my whole life has suddenly changed overnight…
“The house is so quiet… but I’m just grateful that I got to cherish these last six months with her…
“She really did teach me so much and I know she will always be by my side…
“I’ll find peace in that and keep moving forward.”
He said: “It was definitely a tough one pulling myself together for this talk today but I’m glad I did.
“I wanted to prove to myself that I can still show up and deliver my message for people even when times get tough.
“Juno was definitely with me for this one and she will be with me for every other talk moving forward.
“I have her ashes in my necklace now and that brings me peace as I feel like she’s close.
“I’ve been giving myself time to grieve but equally remembering it’s important to keep things moving.”
Scott previously revealed that his beloved dog had died on February 17.
He shared the sad news on a heartfelt farewell tribute video to Juno online, hailing his pet as his “soul mate”.
The video began by showing Scott in a black tracksuit being jumped on by an excited Juno, who licks his face.
The next clip shows Juno going for a walk before coming home and being cradled on the sofa.
Robbie Williams‘ track She’s The One plays over the top of the video compilation, in loving memory.
In a caption Scott wrote: “It’s with the heaviest heart you can possibly imagine that I have to let you all know my Baby Juno sadly passed away yesterday 17.2.26.
“This dog has been my whole entire life these last 5 years and has taught me more than I can even put into words.
“Juno taught me how to love and open my heart she taught me how to be patient and what responsibility truly means. She also taught me the biggest gift of all, how to be Present.
“She came into my life when my Dad died, she was with me through my whole sobriety journey and even through the ups and downs of my business journey. Juno was my soul mate, my shadow and my best friend.”
Scott emotionally concluded the lengthy tribute with: “You will always be with me Baby Juno, your heart will always be my heart. Wherever you are now do what you loved the most and RUN LIKE THE WIND”.
