A SCHOOLGIRL has allegedly been sexually assaulted by a woman while she was waiting for the bus.
A woman reportedly kissed a 13-year-old girl on the cheek without her consent and then grabbed her arm as she boarded a bus.
The incident took place at the Esso on Pirton Lane, Churchdown at 7.10am on February 10.
Gloucestershire Police is currently investigated the incident and have conducted a number of enquiries which led to the arrest of 37-year-old woman.
She was held under suspicion of sexual assault and was later released on bail pending further enquiries.
Cops are appealing to the public to come forward with any information they may have.
It’s believed a number of other people were waiting at the same bus stop at the time, and police are particularly interested to hear from them.
Information can be provided to police online by completing an online form and quoting incident 87 of 10 February.
