Royals BANISHED Andrew to get ahead of Epstein Files

THE Royal Family banished Andrew to get ahead of the Epstein Files release – but there’s more to come, an expert claimed.

In a fresh blow to the former Prince, royal commentators Ailsa Anderson and Simon Vigar have warned “more and more will come out” in the wake of thousands of new bombshell documents.

Speaking to The Sun’s royal editor Matt Wilkinson on our Royal Exclusive show, the experts delved into the latest batch of files related to disgraced financier and paedophile Jeffrey Epstein.

At least 11,000 new documents related to the case of Epstein were available on Tuesday on the Department of Justice’s website.

It is the largest batch of documents released so far with nearly 30,000 more pages.

This week we have already reported how an Epstein survivor recalled being asked if she’d like to meet a prince before allegedly coming face to face with Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor on Jeffrey Epstein’s private island.

And, there are also signs ‘The Invisible Man’ in the Epstein files is Andrew…after “inappropriate friends” and “two-legged sightseeing” were mentioned in emails with Ghislaine Maxwell.

Meanwhile, chilling new images revealed a sinister massage room with hidden cameras in Epstein’s $77m Manhattan lair where Andrew stayed.

Andrew, who lost his Duke and Prince titles while also being stripped of his Knight of the Order of the Garter, was brought to his knees by the Epstein scandal.

He has always vehemently denied all allegations against him.

Earlier this year, The Sun on Sunday revealed he emailed Jeffrey several months after he claimed he had cut off contact.

The shamed royal was also stripped of his Duke of York and Prince title before agreeing to leave Royal Lodge, his home in Windsor, due to mounting pressure swirling around sex abuse accuser Virginia Giuffre.

Royal commentator Ailsa Anderson told The Sun’s Royal Exclusive she thought the move to strip Andrew of his titles was planned.

“I think it’s planned for the worst, hope for the best,” she said.

“Certainly I couldn’t have foreseen the extent of damage that the Epstein files have actually done to to Andrew, sorry the artist that was known as Prince Andrew and and the Royal Family, and no I don’t think they did realise how bad it was going to be.”

Fellow expert Simon Vigar added: “But they suspected it and the chances of it only being that one photo of Virginia Giuffre and Andrew taken in London were minute.

“So the chances were there were going to be other photos and indeed videos and we haven’t seen any videos yet but the assumption is the Epstein’s various properties were rigged up for that as well.

“So that’s why the King and William acted, eventually they acted ruthlessly back in October, November to effectively banish Andrew from from the family firm.

“More and more will come out. I mean there’s obviously lots and lots of documents and photos and videos to come out.

“But it’s not just Sandringham which is obviously one of their favorite homes.

“We’ve already seen pictures of Maxwell and Epstein at Balmoral at not just in the main building but you know in one of the lodges there.

“There were photos. I’m not sure we’ve seen the photos but they were certainly in the throne room at Buckingham Palace and they took photos there on the throne in the throne room.

“So I mean what else is there? There’s clearly a lot still that is being drip-fed out of Washington DC.”

This comes as newly released Epstein files also showed Andrew grinning in photos of his lying across women and hunting with the paedo at Balmoral.

A trove of 300,000 Epstein documents, including court records, footage and images, also included new photos of Andrew at Balmoral and Ascot with Epstein and Maxwell.

Among the thousands of pictures released, one shows Andrew at a black-tie event with Maxwell.

The ex-royal was pictured lying across the lap of five women, whose faces have all been redacted.

Other photographs show Epstein and Maxwell enjoying hunting trips at the late Queen’s Balmoral residence in Scotland with Andrew, and in the Royal Box at Ascot.

Meanwhile, Andrew’s links to a second convicted sex offender have also been thrust back into the spotlight after newly released Epstein files revealed US investigators wanted to question him about jailed fashion tycoon Peter Nygard.

Documents show US authorities formally applied to the Home Office to invoke a legal treaty with Britain to interview the disgraced royal over his associations with both Jeffrey Epstein and Nygard.

The request, made under the 1994 Treaty of Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters between the US and UK, asked for Andrew to be questioned about his relationships, travel and communications with Epstein, Ghislaine Maxwell – and separately, Nygard.

The letter states that evidence linked Andrew to both Epstein and Nygard in two separate sex-trafficking investigations, although it stressed he was not a target of either probe.

“The investigation has revealed that, on at least one occasion, Prince Andrew travelled to Nygard Cay in the Bahamas, a location where Nygard is believed to have trafficked minor and adult female victims,” the document reads.

Investigators wanted to know whether Andrew had seen any girls under 18 at the property and, if so, whether he knew their names.

The FBI said that if Andrew declined a voluntary interview, UK authorities could be asked to “conduct a compelled interview of the witness under oath”.

Like Epstein, Nygard owned a lavish Caribbean estate and was accused by multiple women of trafficking and sexually abusing young girls and women there.

He has denied all allegations of child sex abuse.

Andrew was photographed holidaying with Nygard at the tycoon’s Bahamas estate in 2000.

Andrew has repeatedly denied any wrongdoing and has previously said he regrets his association with Epstein.
