A Massachusetts federal judge appointed by now-former President Barack Obama is enabling the mass invasion of the United States by reversing President Donald Trump’s move to deport almost one million illegal aliens.
On Tuesday, U.S. District Court Judge Allison Burroughs ruled that Trump must allow 900,000 illegal aliens who were granted temporary legal status to live in the United States through the use of the CBP One app.
CBP One was a mobile app that was leveraged by the Biden administration to confer mass legal status to unvetted migrants starting in 2023.
The app scheduled immigration processing appointments for illegal aliens at various ports of entry. This gave the migrants “parole” into the United States for up to two years, plus an immigration court date.
As a reminder, many illegal aliens simply disappear and don’t show up for their court appointments.
The most disturbing aspect of Biden’s flippant use of CBP One was that it automatically conferred legal status to all migrants with no vetting.
This undermines public safety, as well as overburdens taxpayer-funded community resources such as hospitals, public housing systems, and the courts.

In April 2025, Trump terminated the CBP One app and replaced it with the CBP Home app, which allowed illegal aliens to self-deport.
In reversing Trump’s move on Tuesday, Burroughs said the administration acted unlawfully.
“The regulations do not give the agency [Department of Homeland Security] unfettered discretion to terminate parole,” Burroughs wrote, per The Hill.
“When Defendants terminated the impacted noncitizens’ parole without observing the process mandated by statute and by their own regulations, they took action that was ‘not in accordance with law,’” she said.
Predictably, Burroughs ignored the fact that the armies of unvetted migrants who had received automatic “parole” through Biden’s CBP One app had no right to be in the U.S. because they were here illegally.
The absurd ruling by the Obama appointee ignited social media backlash.
In a scathing X post, journalist Eric Daugherty ripped Burroughs’ “psychotic decision,” calling it treasonous.
“This is a traitor to this nation, facilitating invasion,” he wrote. “Impeach and APPEAL.”
“The migrants had their statuses canceled under Biden’s ‘CBP One App’ and were UNILATERALLY allowed in through the app,” Daugherty added.
“Now this judge is trying to preserve nearly a million invaders’ ability to stay here — and likely to eventually vote in our elections.”

Fox News correspondent Bill Melugin — who has covered the border crisis extensively — suggested that the Biden administration hijacked and perverted CBP One to essentially enable a mass invasion.
“The CBP One app was originally created to streamline trucking cargo for vehicles crossing the border,” Melugin wrote Wednesday on X.
“The Biden admin altered it to allow 50,000-60,000 otherwise inadmissible aliens from around the globe to enter the U.S. every single month for two years straight.”

Unpatriotic leftist activists masquerading as federal judges must be removed before they destroy this country beyond recognition.
Their destructive rulings have turned the United States into a dumping ground for unvetted armies of third-world migrants whose omnipresence drains public resources, endangers public safety, and jeopardizes national security.
If Judge Allison Burroughs cares so much about illegal aliens, she should feed and house them herself.
