Ricky Hatton‘s stunning mansion has gone back on the market for £200,000 less than its original asking price.
The luxurious detached home has been put up for sale again with a price of £1.65M.
The boxing legend had originally decided to sell the house last summer and had put a £1.85M price on it. But it was taken off the market following his tragic death last September aged just 46.
The former world champion was found fully clothed in the house by his manager Paul Speak but there is no mention of a tragedy taking place in the property in the estate agent’s description.
It is described as being a ‘landmark modern residence offering luxury, space and unrivalled lifestyle features’.
The five-bedroom six-bathroom abode was built in 2010 and has been ‘impeccably designed’.
The former light welterweight and welterweight world champion decorated the property to put his own unique stamp on it and featured a telephone box in the garden and was filled with memorabilia from his beloved Manchester City including seats in the garden from former ground Maine Road.
Earlier this week, a coroner ruled it was unclear whether he intended to kill himself leaving his family in tears as the verdict was made.

Alison Mutch, senior coroner for Manchester South, said she could not be sure that Mr Hatton, who was twice the drink drive limit and left no note, meant to kill himself.
A post-mortem examination has revealed Mr Hatton suffered from a degenerative brain condition linked to repeated blows to the head .
Experts found evidence of chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE) following analysis of the boxing icon’s brain after he was discovered dead at his home in Hyde, Greater Manchester, on September 14, 2025.
The condition, which is associated with repeated head trauma, has been identified in athletes across contact sports and can lead to memory loss, cognitive decline and, ultimately, dementia.
An empty bottle of wine was recovered by police from the pool table nearby and a half-drunk glass of wine was on the bar, Stockport Coroner’s Court was told.
A toxicology report found Mr Hatton was more than twice the drink drive limit, with 212mg of alcohol per 100ml blood, and there was ‘some evidence’ of cannabis use.
Although Mr Hatton was previously a chronic user of cocaine and there was evidence of such ‘previous’ cocaine use in his system, the court heard there was no evidence he had taken the Class A drug in the hours before he died.
The hearing also confirmed that a pathologist recorded Hatton’s cause of death as ‘hanging’, with ‘no evidence to suggest suspicious circumstances’.
Family members, including Mr Hatton’s son Campbell, 24, father, Ray, 75, and brother, Matthew, 44, broke down in tears and sobbed as the coroner delivered her verdict.
Ms Mutch offered her condolences to Mr Hatton’s relatives, adding: ‘Mr Hatton was a family man at heart. He loved his family very much.
‘Although he had an extremely successful career as a boxer, his family was the most important thing in his life. It is also clear his family loved him very much.’
Earlier, in a statement to the inquest, Mr Hatton’s mother Carol said she last saw her son two days before his death.
They chatted about Campbell’s retirement from boxing and about how Mr Hatton was thinking about selling his home and downsizing because his children no longer used the swimming pool and he was ‘roaming’ around his large property.
