Rhian Sugden has shown off the incredible results of her breast reduction surgery that saw her go from a 32HH to a 32E cup size.
The glamour model, 38, went under the knife last month and in a new post, the mother-of-one revealed how much of a difference the surgery had made.
In a video taken pre-surgery, she went braless in a white T-shirt as she outlined the shape of her breasts.
The video then cut to her wearing the same top post-surgery as she outlined her smaller breasts following her surgery.
She captioned the post: ‘Breast Reduction and uplift… Before + After. Couldn’t be happier! Look at the difference.’
Rhian then showed off her assets in a racy selfie where she posed in a white lace bodysuit.

‘For people genuinely interested in what surgery I had, it was an uplift and reduction. No implants. One of the best things I’ve done for me.’
Despite Rhian being happier than ever with her new figure, she revealed she had been inundated with messages from trolls criticising her decision.
In an Instagram Story that has since expired, she hit back at her critics as she revealed she had no concern with scarring and that she couldn’t understand why anyone felt the need to comment on her decision.
She added in a cheeky quip that the comments were coming from men who were ‘never going to touch or be near her breasts’, so it didn’t concern her.

Showing off the results of her surgery for the first time, she posed in a pale blue bra and penned: ‘From a 32HH to a 32E – five whole cup sizes down and about a stone of boob-weight gone.
‘I can’t even explain how free I feel. No more back pain and better posture already. I feel like I could levitate. I feel lighter, comfier and I’m actually excited to wear tops that aren’t 98% scaffolding.

Meanwhile, speaking to The Sun following her procedure, Rhian revealed she had the equivalent of ‘four Coke cans worth’ of tissue removed.
‘I’ve got a mole that was on my upper chest that is now down by the nipple. My nipples have come up by 12 cms,’ she said.
The mum-of-one also shared how her boobs now match for the very first time after previously using tactics to disguise their ‘unevenness’.
She explained: ‘My boobs were a whole cup size different. The right one was always bigger so I’d always have to have one arm up, in every photoshoot, to make them look even.’
While Rhian previously shared how her husband Oliver Mellor was ‘gutted’ over her breast reduction, he’s now comparing her to Pamela Anderson.

She beamed: ‘Oliver was a bit nervous at first because he likes big boobs and he was worried about the scarring.
‘But he can’t believe how well they’ve turned out. He’s very pleased with them. He says I look like Pammy (Anderson) again because they’re so perky.
‘They look good and they’re still a good size. A decent handful for him.’
Rhian added that her back was ‘in bits all the time’ over her out of proportion posture which led to her taking painkillers daily, while buying dresses and vest tops were a no-no.
The model and OnlyFans star received backlash from fans when she initially announced her plans for a reduction online.
In March, she shared a post with several screenshots of cruel comments from trolls, as she emphasised that it was her own decision what to do to her own body.
