PORT VALE shocked Premier League Sunderland to reach the quarter-finals of the FA Cup.
League One strugglers Vale won 1-0 on a bobbly pitch thanks to Ben Waine’s first half goal.

The childhood Newcastle fan revelled in scoring against Wearside opposition at Vale Park, celebrating with Alan Shearer‘s iconic arm above the head.
And Vale, who look to be headed towards relegation into League Two, held out to book their place in the hat for the next round.
His header looped over Black Cats goalkeeper Melker Ellborg after a scrappy passage.
Kiwi Waine made the most of his moment in the spotlight, showing off in front of the travelling fans before leaping into the air.
His side, who are rock bottom of League One on just 27 points – but with games in hand on all of their drop zone rivals – got over the line with just one shot on target and less than 200 passes in the match.
