Buckingham Palace has already confirmed Prince Andrew will stop using his remaining titles and honours and no longer be known as the Duke of York.

But Virginia Giuffre‘s brother Sky Roberts has urged King Charles to go further against Andrew and take away his brother’s princeship.

It comes amid renewed controversy surrounding Andrew’s role in the Jeffrey Epstein scandal and fresh scrutiny over alleged contact with a suspected Chinese spy.

When Andrew was born in 1960, he was automatically a prince as the son of a monarch, and this could only be changed if a Letters Patent was issued by the King.

Although he is relinquishing his dukedom, he technically retains it and it can only be removed by an Act of Parliament.

Andrew paid millions to settle a civil sexual assault case with Ms Giuffre in 2022, despite insisting he had never met her.

Now, you can vote in the Daily Mail’s latest poll on whether you think Andrew should also lose his title of Prince.

In the last poll, Mail readers were asked: ‘Was Prince Andrew right to give up his royal titles?‘ Out of more than 26,000 votes, 94 per cent of you said ‘yes’ and 6 per cent said ‘no’.
