Police are looking for three men in connection with an alleged rape that took place last week.
CCTV footage has been released by the cops and shows three men in dark clothing walking along Princes Avenue in Hull – where the incident took place.
Humberside Police said the footage was taken at around 1am on July 3 and the men could have valuable information to help with their investigation.
Hundreds of hours of footage has been trawled through since the reported rape while the victim is said to be supported by specially trained officers and Humberside’s protecting vulnerable people unit.
The Detective Chief Inspector acknowledged that locals may feel concerned but insisted that her team were doing everything in their power to look into the incident.
Anyone who recognised these men or had further information was advised to contact the police on the non-emergency number 101 quoting crime reference 25*91417.
Anonymous tips could be directed to via the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
Detective Chief Inspector Leanne Murphy said: ‘The CCTV images we have released today are from Thursday (3 July) and we are looking to identify and speak with the men in the images, as they may have valuable information that could assist with our investigation.
