SHOPPERS are leaving five-star reviews on an M&S dress that looks perfect now the weather is getting warmer.
The high street retailer’s Linen Rich Round Neck Strappy Midi Swing Dress has racked up a legion of fans, who hail it as being “very, very flattering”.
The dark marine-coloured dress is a midi length, and has a cinched in waist design.
Made from linen, it is ideal if you want to stay cool as it’s said to be “light and breathable.”
The description reads: “The round neckline and strappy design create an elegant silhouette, while the tie fastening at the back adds a feminine touch.”
Thankfully the M&S dress comes in a range of sizes to suit numerous body shapes.
You can snap it up in sizes six to 24, and there is also a petite and tall length available.
Currently the dress will set you back £50, but it is said to be a “summer staple” meaning you could get a lot of wear out of it over the years.
You don’t need to pop into stores to secure it for your wardrobe if you don’t have an M&S near you.
The dress is also available online should you wish to get it delivered straight to your door.
Shoppers who have snapped it up have rushed to leave reviews on the dress, with the majority of them being five stars.
One person said: “I like this dress because it fits me perfectly, I struggle to find nice dresses for my shape and size.”
Another added: “Flatters my curvy figure especially around the bust.”
A third wrote: “Very, very flattering on my body, perfect for summer. Not see-through.”
Meanwhile, someone praised it for being an “excellent strappy summer dress.”
It’s not the only M&S product causing a stir.
We previously shared how the retailer brought back their viral joggers from £7.
And shoppers are going wild for a “very warm” accessory from M&S – their Woven Checked Scarf – that’s perfect for battling the cold snap.
Meanwhile, many have hailed the viral Pure Cotton Towelling Striped Dressing Gown as being the “cosiest” they’ve ever had.
Why Everyone Is Loving M&S
Deputy Fashion Editor Abby McHale reveals to Fabulous why M&S is the shop of the moment. She explains:
“M&S has really pulled it out of the bag this season, there are so many good products to be excited about.
“A brand once known for its ‘frumpy fashion’ – that notion is long gone with it now being one of the leading high-street stores for womenswear.
“Its handbag range in particular is super-strong with the brand selling way more than predicted, with lots more designer dupes for just a fraction of the price.
“The brand is now also the #1 for style perceptions, compared to the #3 spot it had last year. This comes from a really strong design team focused on modernising the brand, not only taking into consideration how the pieces look, but also how easy they are to wear.
“Price is also a big factor – you will be able to get many good-quality pieces for under £30.
“After having a sneak peak of the upcoming collection, I can reveal there are so many more amazing pieces that will drop over the next few months.
“Think leopard-print dresses, colourful co-ords, embroidered boho jackets, plus lots of swimwear and amazing accessories, as well as great wardrobe staples that will last year after year.”
