It’s a major boost for City as they look to complete a domestic treble with the Premier League and FA Cup still on offer.

Mikel Arteta’s men had hopes of a quadruple this term, but they can still win a treble of their own including the Champions League.

As the final whistle blew at Wembley and the celebrations started, Pep was spotted sporting red scratches on his head.

In November 2024, fans expressed concerns after noticing similar cuts on the manager’s head.

It looked like he had done a few rounds in a boxing ring as he had bruising around the left side of his face and a cut on the bridge of his nose as he conducted post-match interviews.

He later apologised after saying “I want to harm myself” while his face was covered in scratches, after being asked about them in a post-match interview.

Months later he was again spotted with what appeared to be more scratches on his head in early 2025 and now a year on, it has happened again.
